Victrola Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your sound, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your record player or audio accessory in its original box to prevent damage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
